To Make Easy Carrot Juice
Clean the carrots : First cut the top part of the carrot. Then of you want you can peel the carrots, it wont harm the nutrient properties. After that wash the carrots under cold running water. Make sure its properly clean.
Chop the carrots: You cannot blend the whole carrot in your blender or food processer. Cut them into small pieces, there for, its easier to puree the carrots. Add water if you see the puree is too dry. I recommend a Omega J8006hds Masticating Juicer than a food processor. A food processor wont puree the carrots enough.
Mix with water : Start boiling water. Mixture the puree and the boiled water in a container. Make sure you mix them right.
Strain the water: Take a hand strainer and strain the mixture. You don’t want chunky juice, do you? Add a little bit of water if you want .
Add Juice: Now let’s make it tasty. Add any kind of juice you like. Orange juice complements it more.
